Grreh strives to deliver orders across India by trusted courier partners; however, if your location falls outside our serviceable area and our delivery partner is unable to service your location, we will explore alternative delivery solutions to fulfill your order. If we are still unable to deliver to your location, we regretfully will have to cancel your order and initiate a full refund. As our brands do not mass manufacture and each piece is ethically made and sourced by skilled artisans, the timelines may vary from brand to brand. These timelines are mentioned on each product page for clarity. Typically, we aim to deliver most products within 7–8 days. However, for made-to-order pieces, the preparation time will differ depending on the brand. Once your order is placed, we usually process and pack it within 2 business days. For made-to-order items, preparation begins as per the given estimated timelines.
Orders above ₹999 qualify for free shipping across all serviceable locations within India. We don’t add any extra shipping charges or hidden taxes at checkout.

To return an item, please follow the instructions provided in your order confirmation email. You will need to include a copy of the order invoice and the item in its original condition.
Once your return request is approved and the product is received (in case of reverse pickup), please allow 7–10 business days for your refund to be processed.

To redeem, you’ll need a minimum of 50 points in your wallet, with a cap of 200 points that can be applied per order.
If your order is cancelled, any wallet points used will not be refunded.
In the case of an exchange, points will be reversed or adjusted based on the final order value, if applicable.
