For cancellations, orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of order placement by submitting a request here and notifying us via email; once shipped, cancellations and refunds cannot be processed. 

This item is not eligible for return or exchange unless it is damaged, defective, or incorrect, and requests must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.

All of our products are meticulously handcrafted by artisans. We pay close attention to the product’s quality, appearance, and feel. However, because of the participation of humans in the manufacturing process, a little amount of variation in the product’s size, color, look, and quality is to be expected; however, this is what makes it unique.
