Ensure the wick is snipped (1/4-inch) before each burn for a smooth session.
Create an even melt-pool during each use, Do not burn more than 4 hours.
Avoid blowing out the candle. Instead, use a snuffer or lid to let the candle stop burning by itself.
When not in use, store in a cool, dark place for better preserved fragrance and lasting quality.
In case of tunnelling, use the aluminium foil method to correct the burn of the candle.
For cancellations, orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of order placement by submitting a request here and notifying us via email; once shipped, cancellations and refunds cannot be processed.Â
This item is not eligible for return or exchange unless it is damaged, defective, or incorrect, and requests must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.
