Wet a clean cloth in warm soapy water and spot wash your doll. Do not wash the doll in a washing machine and do not dry in a dryer either.
For cancellations, orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of order placement by submitting a request here and notifying us via email; once shipped, cancellations and refunds cannot be processed.Â
This item is not eligible for return or exchange unless it is damaged, defective, or incorrect, and requests must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.
