FREE DELIVERY & CASH ON DELIVERY For an order that is above Rs. 699 then only you would be eligible for free shipping. Else, Rs.99 will be levied as Shipping charges. WITHIN INDIA It is our endeavour to provide you with the best customer service possible hence we permit exchanges within 7 business days of receiving the package but only in case of the following reasons.

Requests will be entertained aside from those mentioned below:-

1) Size Mis-match 2) Wrong product received 3) Damaged product received

Step 1 You need to inform us by email within 2 business days of receiving the parcel at info.homeyarn@gmail.com If we are not informed within 2 business days regarding a return, the product is considered sold for good.

Step 2 Please await a mail confirmation from our end for initiating the exchange.

Step 5 Once we receive the products it will take is 24-48 working hours for us to do a quality check and then we will call you or email you for an exchange.

For cancellations, orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of order placement by submitting a request here and notifying us via email; once shipped, cancellations and refunds cannot be processed.
