First burn is most important. Light the candle for a minimum of 45 minutes to avoid tunneling and for an even burn – until the candle wax pools till the edges. After a long burn, the flame could dim down – if that happens, gently trim the wick and light again. Trim the wick if needed before the next burn. Avoid burning the candle for more than 4 hours at a time, as this could heat up the glass jar. Leave the lid on when not in use to preserve its scent and to avoid dust accumulating on the wax.
For cancellations, orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of order placement by submitting a request here and notifying us via email; once shipped, cancellations and refunds cannot be processed.Â
This item is not eligible for return or exchange unless it is damaged, defective, or incorrect, and requests must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.
