This item is not eligible for return or exchange unless it is damaged, defective, or incorrect, and requests must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.

However, because of the participation of humans in the manufacturing process, a little amount of variation in the product’s size, color, look, and quality is to be expected; however, this is what makes it unique.
