Store Carefully: Keep your brass items in a dry place, away from moisture, to avoid tarnishing. If possible, store them in a soft cloth or pouch to prevent scratches.
For cancellations, orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of order placement by submitting a request here and notifying us via email; once shipped, cancellations and refunds cannot be processed.Â
