You can exchange items purchased from our platform within the specified period, based on the reasons outlined in our policy. Please note all exchange and replacements are handled at Grreh’s discretion.

Cancellation of Exchange Request
If you wish to cancel an Exchange request, please contact us within 12 hours of submitting it. If you do not cancel within this timeframe and the logistics provider arrives for pick-up, but you choose not to exchange the product, you may be liable for the incurred logistics charges.

Upon receiving your parcel, please record a video while opening it, ensuring the package label and contents are clearly visible. This will help us process any exchange/replacement requests smoothly.
Return Policy
All our products undergo a thorough quality check before dispatch. Please note that in cases of damages or incorrect deliveries, we do not offer refunds or returns. Instead, we provide a replacement or exchange on eligible requests. If your product arrives damaged, please email us at support@grreh.in or WhatsApp us within 48 hours of delivery.
Exchange requests are accepted within 48 hours of delivery only if:
- The product received is incorrect or different from what was ordered
- The product is defective or damaged upon arrival
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with intact tags
- Grreh reserves the right to determine the eligibility for exchanges/replacement
Please note:
- You can exchange or replace the product within 48 hours of receiving the delivery, as per the conditions outlined.
- Valid reasons for exchange or replacement include genuine manufacturing defects, damages during transit, or if the wrong item was shipped.
- Our products are handcrafted by skilled artisans, resulting in slight variations in color, shape, or size. These natural imperfections are a testament to the craftsmanship and uniqueness of each piece and are not considered defects. As a result, such items are not eligible for exchange or replacement.
- Please note that the processing time for replacement and exchange is 10-15 business days from the date of the request.
To initiate an exchange/replacement request, please follow these steps:
- Visit your order details page and initiate the exchange/replacement request.
- Contact our support team at support@grreh.in with your order details, images of the product, and a brief reason for the exchange.
- The product must be in its original packaging, unused, and with all tags intact.
- Once your exchange request is approved, we will arrange a pick-up within 4-5 business days.
- A basic quality check will be conducted during pick-up. If the product does not meet the eligible conditions, the request may be declined.
- Exchange Requests may be rejected if:
- Mandatory package opening video is not shared
- Provided documentation is insufficient as mentioned in mandatory requirements
- The customer fails to respond to verification calls or requests for additional information

Refund & Replacement Policy
We currently do not offer refunds on return requests. However, if your request meets our policy criteria, we can assist you with an exchange/replacement. Customers agree to all modifications made to this Policy as updated on the platform.
To initiate a Exchange & Replacement request:
- Go to your Orders section and select the Exchange & Replacement option for the item and submit necessary details
- Our team will reach out to you and you will need to submit the package opening video clearly showing the package label and contents taken at the time of opening the package
- Our team will review the video and approve or decline the request at Grreh’s discretion
- If approved: We will process the replacement and share the expected exchange and delivery dates. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or another available option chosen by the customer.
- Refunds will be processed only in Indian Rupees and equivalent to the transaction price received.
- Refunds will be processed via NEFT/RTGS or other RBI-approved banking methods.
- If a customer’s bank does not support refunds, alternative bank details must be provided.
- If unapproved: You can reach out to our support team at support@grreh.in and we will do our best to assist you with an alternative solution.
For Credit Card, Debit Card, and Net Banking Transactions
Once a purchase is made and the payment is successfully authorized, any eligible refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
- Banks typically take 4-5 business days to complete the refund process once it has been initiated from our end
- Refunds will not be applicable if the customer has self-shipped the item(s) and the package is lost in transit.
Order Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation requests will only be accepted within 12 hours of placing the order
- Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be canceled
- If you wish to cancel an order you can do either of the following
- Log into your profile, go on your orders and select the item you would like to cancel
- If your order has not been shipped yet, you can request a cancellation by reaching out to us promptly. Get in touch with us on email or WhatsApp, and we’ll do our best to assist you
- Please submit a request on site and notify us via email at support@grreh.in within 12 hours of placing the order. For orders once shipped, cancellations cannot be processed
